Enchanted Waters and Patino's Courtyard Cafe is a dream come true for Ken (KP) Patino, his wife Marcia and their son Roger, a Canadian trained Executive Chef.

Combining over forty years of experience from their sojourn in Canada, where they contributed to the enhancement and growth of the Caribbean community in Winnipeg in a very multicultural, multiethnic setting, Ken, Marcia and Roger have been able to give to Tobago visitors an experience both culinary and friendly, which will linger in their memories and entice them to return.
